How much advance notice do I need to reserve my appointment?
A:
There is no specific requirement, although 1-3 days advance
is recommended (we get booked). We recommend more if the service
is of long duration or requires multiple vehicles.
Q:
When should I call to make my appointment?
A: Although we operate 24 hours a day, our office hours are
8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Q: What happens if I call after hours?
A: Managers are on duty until 10:00 p.m. seven days a week.
We can field questions and take reservations until that time.
After 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m., incoming calls will be received
by senior drivers on duty at those hours. They will refer
non-urgent issues to management and can handle urgent matters
("I don't see my driver") immediately if necessary.

How can I pay for my service?
A:
Cash, personal or company check, MC/Visa/AMEX, or monthly
billing.
Q:
What about gratuities?
A:
Thank you, but we do not accept tips for any of our services.
The best gratuity you can give us is to express your satisfaction
with our services to a friend or colleague.
Q:
Where do we meet at the airport?
A: Our
standard meeting place is inside the terminal next to the
baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight.

How far do you travel?
A:
As far as you wish to go. Common requests include New York
City, New England, Virginia, Washington D.C., and point west.
