Things you should know...
Do not
be concerned if your flight is early or late; it is our responsibility
to keep track of its progress. If you flight is early, we
try to arrive early, subject to our other obligations. If
your flight arrives after 10:30 p.m., your service will be
subject to our overtime charge of $7.50 per half hour. This
strictly reflects our cost for labor overtime.
In the unlikely event that you do not meet our driver as expected, you should immediately call our office at (800) 666-3121 from any pay phone. The operator will take your information and your driver will call you back at that phone immediately. Although the vast majority of your airport return experiences will be uneventful, please remember that there are factors concerning your return over which Freedom Services has no control, any of which may affect our ability to meet you at the appointed time and place.
These include changed arrival times, faulty flight updates from airlines, foul weather, rush hour traffic, occasional difficulty accessing parking facilities, or last minute changes in your travel plans. Occasionally, these factors may result in your waiting for our arrival, or in your being combined with another party traveling to a location near you. Please remember that our goal is to take care of everyone who needs taking care of, and if you are a party to one of these accommodations, circumstances have conspired to make it necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI)
Baggage Claim Arrivals:
Fifteen (15) minutes after your plane arrives a Freedom Services representative will meet you inside the terminal next to the baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight. Please look for our representative carrying a sign with your last name on it. If you don't see your Freedom Services representative, use any phone to call our office toll-free immediately at (800) 666-3121. Once we have met you, we will assist you with your luggage to our car which is parked in the garage in the area reserved for "Commercial Vehicles Only".
Gate Arrivals at BWI:
At time plane arrives a Freedom Services representative will stand just outside your gate, with your last name on a sign. Once you've met, the representative will help you claim your baggage and assist you to to our car. If you don't see your Freedom Services representative, please use anyphone to call our office toll-free immediately at (800) 666-3121.
Washington Dulles International Airport

Arrivals
Forty five (45) minutes after your plane arrives a Freedom
Services representative will arrive at Dulles. This allows
you time to clear customs, which usually takes between 45
minutes to an hour or more. Don't be alarmed if you are delayed:
we will be there for you. When you emerge from customs, you
will walk into the International Arrivals waiting room. Please
look for our driver standing behind the barriers holding a
sign with your last name on it. Our driver will help you get
your baggage to our vehicle. If you don't see your Freedom
Services representative, please use any phone to call our
office toll-free immediately at (800) 666-3121.
Domestic Arrivals
Thirty (30) minutes after plane arrives, a Freedom Services representative will meet you at the baggage claim carousel assigned to your flight in the Main Terminal. Our driver will carry a sign with your last name. He/she will assist you with your last name. He/she will assist you with your luggage to our vehicle. If you don't see your Freedom Services representative, please use any phoneto call our office toll-free immediately at (800) 666-3121. Please note: Parking fees at airports, if any, are additional.
Washington National Airport

Please note: Parking at National is unpredictable and can at times be impossible, particularly for overnight vehicles such as our vans. If you do not see your driver at your baggage claim carousel, it is almost assuredly because he/she cannot park and is circling the airport waiting for you to call. Please go to any phone and dial toll-free 1(800) 666-3121 and the operator will tell you exactly where we are.
Philadelphia, Newark, and JFK
